Summary: The Japan of the future has a massive overpopulation problem. Scientists have found various leads that trace the problem back to one individual, Junta Monamari. Supposedly Junta is a Mega-Playboy who had children with hundreds of women, and these children all inherited the Mega-Playboy gene causing the original threat to grow exponentially. The people of the future send a "DNA Operator" Karin Aoi to go back in time and correct this problem. Her mission is to shoot Junta with a DCM(DNA Control Medicine) and alter his DNA so that he no longer becomes a Mega-Playboy. When Karin sees Junta however what she finds is just another loser, she finds it hard to believe that he will become a Mega-Playboy. So what will happen to Junta, will his better self prevail against his other personality, the playboy?
