Summary: The country of Japan is grim and bleak, and reeking with the stench of corruption. As the results of the war, law enforcement is not as strict, and prisons have become overcrowded. The government is allowed to enforcre special legal retaliatory killings. The main character in Freesia is a young man by the name of Kano. He works for one of the firms specializing in retaliatory killings. Freesia contains a lot of violence and psychological bantering, it isn't for the weak hearted.
